I purchase AutoCAD Lt 2012 in November of 2011 when I upgraded my computer to a 64-bit machine and found that my AutoCAD Lt 2007 would no longer run. Since day 1, I have had issues with 2012 and there are multiple case tickets and error uploads to document these. Approximately three (3) weeks ago I attempted to open AutoCAD and found that it crashed my system completely forcing me to re-boot the machine. I have not been able to load AutoCAD Lt 2012 since that time. On attempting to load, everything appears to go smoothly until it gets to that part of the process where the progress window at the bottom left of the landing page indicates it is 'loading customization files'; at this point the system crashes and I get a blue screen full of Microsoft jargon. Ttds Menu Files. Anybody have a clue as to what is causing this issue? I really need to get back to work and need the AutoCAD Lt.
