Add I also noticed that on the keyboard nothing works yet other then the touch screen part for the dimer to lower the brightness of the touchpad number pad and keyboard. And I also noticed that when I push a key nothing works but when I touch a number on the pad there's a small sound from the built in speaker. I'm going to restart my pc and see if that helps. Plus I'm using a wireless mouse and keyboard. I have a logitech k400r which is a wireless keyboard plus a wireless mouse logitech m310.

I don't know if they can interfer with the signal or how that even works really. I'm running the logitech mouse and keyboard with the eclipse until I know the eclipse will connect and run properly on my pc then I will just use the eclipse.
